Refund policy
ONLINE PURCHASED RETURNS:
We know that shoes don't always fit so we've made it a 14 day return.
To be eligible for a refund the products returning must be:
- Purchased in the last 14 days
- Unworn, undamaged and unmarked
- In their original condition and must be in their original shoe box
- Clothing must have swing tags attached and no makeup marks
No refunds on Jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
Emelda's does not accept returns after 14 days from the purchase date.
INSTORE PURCHASED RETURNS:

- In their original condition and must be in their original shoe box
- Clothing must have swings tags attached and no makeup marks
- You must have your receipt as a proof of purchase
